El Pollo Rico - Woodbridge

This restaurant is quite expensive compared to other chicken places. I find their prices to be steep—charging $0.50 for a single sauce! Additionally, the chicken was dry or undercooked. The customer service was also very disappointing.

The rice was quite dry and served in a very small portion, and I found the prices to be too high for what was offered.

I'll never come back to this place. They are ridiculously expensive now. I got a half of chicken for two people and only gave me one green sauce and one yellow sauce. If you want extra sauces, it's 50 cents each. They also have bad attitude, specially the guy taking the orders. I asked for more napkins and they didn't want to provide. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The whole chicken with fries went from 21 dollars to 27 dollars. Not sure what the owner is thinking but selling a chicken for 27$ is a total rip off. Won’t go there anymore…. Too

I went for some lunch. They are a very pricey compared to other chicken restaurants, food is ok but not worth paying so much. I really think they are expensive. Plus their customer service is really bad. When I asked them a question about the menu the lady that assisted gave me a very bad attitude with her response. They should improve the customer service. Have nicer people there.
