Granted it's Woodbridge and they were busy but serving undercooked chicken and then blowing us off when we bring it to your attention is just bad business!

My go to chicken place, although the lady can be rude. The food is great and at reasonable price!

Great food but the customer service is horrible. The woman at the front is always so rude gives a really bad vibe attitude. I continue to spend my money here because I really enjoy their food, but I?m starting to reconsider due to the bad customer service. Very selfish with sauces also

Was disappointed by this place for how highly rated it is. Chicken spices/skin was delicious and dark meat was good but white meat was too dry. French fries are like frozen crinkle fries with saltz and yuca was bland. The green and yellow sauces had little flavor. Their tamarindo drink was like sugar water, but their mango drink was very good. So it's just kind of meh, I think there are better options out there. But the price is fair. $10 for 1/4 chicken with two sides, not
