Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Woodbridge

Music too loud! You cannot even hear that your order is called or a conversation without screaming. I ask the management and there were none. This place will lose repeat business unless managers change.

I tried another location except my usual Tropical Smoothe Store, and it was OK. The smoothie was delicious, but my sandwich was a thumb downstairs.

I love Tropical smoothie but avoid this place. There is obviously no management. Every time I'm gone, they have inappropriate rap music like you're in a club. There are children who go in, this kind of music and language should not be played in a public place. Then there is customer service, or, it is missing. It doesn't exist. I received Tropical Smoothie twice about this location by email. So far I have not received an answer. Mostly because I went for the first time, I bought 6 smoothies for my movers when I moved to my new home. That's pretty expensive. Had to wait an hour, then found out that they were sitting there all the time, melted. They wouldn't take them back. A beautiful place. And it's sad because I love Tropical smoothie.

Great food terrible service. We understand closing at 10:00 a.m. and closing the food line at 9:30 a.m., but then at 9:25 a.m. we won't say too late. They close 30 minutes early to clean up. We are grateful that we did not come back and the cashiers (with an attitude).

Im new to the area and I love trop so i was very excited to grab a mocha madness from you guys. First thing I walk into is one of the employees sniffling, which ya know in this day and age is a little bit like ehhhhh. But I figured it was allergies or something but then she also proceeded to sneeze while she was talking to me and wipe her nose with her hands multiple times and then proceed to touch a bunch of things behind the counter without washing her hands including making my drink. I ended up just throwing it away because that is so gross and unsanitary and is unacceptable. I wont be back.
