Wayback Burgers - Woodbridge

The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is excellent. The food was served quickly, and I have to say, the toasted marshmallow milkshake is a must-try! I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. I highly recommend visiting this place!

I was really looking forward to a good meal today, but my experience was disappointing. I would rate the service a 4 out of 10 at best. The staff didn’t seem to pay attention until we directly informed them that we were ready to order. Unfortunately, the food was quite bad—my burger lacked any flavor, and even the bacon cheese fries were stale. I’ve had better burgers and fries at McDonald's! To make matters worse, we ended up spending $81 for two burgers and a kid's meal, which is just outrageous. I've honestly never had such a negative experience at a restaurant. They claim their burgers are fresh, but by the time they reached our table, they were cold, and we had to wait about 15-20 minutes. I would advise against coming here; it’s not worth your money. The only decent thing was the milkshakes. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and we won’t be coming back.

I discovered black mold in the bottom tray of the soda machine and reported it to the manager, showing him the issue. He simply said thank you and didn’t take any further action. We were there for at least half an hour, and the problem was never addressed. Just be cautious if you decide to visit.

Best Burger I've Had since I arrived in Virginia in 2003. If you are bored with the same old cardboard tasting burgers at the usual chains, you absolutely must give Wayback Burgers a try.

Food was ok very comparable to Five Guys the price was very high. I felt I spent way too much for a burger. I can go to five guys or even Red Robin spend less and get a burger and more in comparison.
