We entered the restaurant with no line ahead of us, but after waiting for 10 minutes without any assistance, we inquired about placing an order. We were told that online orders took precedence and that someone would help us once they finished those. Frustrated, we decided to leave without ordering. Clearly, prioritizing customer service and promptness was not a focus for them. At least the sandwiches we got from Safeway next door offered better value.
They may have made a mistake by choosing Jared in the past, but they've since redeemed themselves by collaborating with talented athletes and team members! This is a fantastic sandwich shop! I absolutely love the BLT on toasted Italian herbs and cheese bread with American cheese, along with most of the toppings! Vegetarian options: Subway accommodates a variety of diets. Kid-friendly: The food is very healthy for kids. Meal type: Lunch.
The employees at this store are incredibly unhelpful. I left my debit card there and when I called, they confirmed it was still there. However, when I returned to pick it up, two young ladies told me they had thrown it in the trash.
"The staff here was fantastic, especially Ashley, who was exceptional. Regarding dietary restrictions, they were very accommodating. There's plenty of parking available, making it convenient. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible, which is great. I dined in for lunch, and the price per person was quite affordable, ranging from $1 to $10. I would rate the food a perfect 5, as well as the service and atmosphere. Overall, there's ample parking with a free parking lot available."
I ordered my food through the app and got a message it was delivered at my address except it wasn't dropped off at the correct address. This has happened before. When I have ordered through the app it will change my address for some reason. Because I ordered it through the app I called the store to speak with someone. The employee Ashley I was speaking to was very unprofessional, rude and lacked any customer service respect. Before I could even explain or ask questions she kept saying once it leaves the store it is not there fault and there is nothing she can do. When I told her if I ordered it through the app and I asked who I needed to speak with, she literally said it wasn't her problem. At that point I asked to speak with a manager. She then told me she was the manager. So now I am shocked a manager was speaking to me this way. She finally told me one of her managers would be in the next morning. Then Ashley called me 4 hours later to tell me the person who got my food called the store and said I could pick up my food at their house. Really, 4 hours later I get a call to go to some strangers house? I am really displeased with the outcome of this. Not only did I end up paying for food I couldn't eat, but I was treated with such disrespect even when I wasn't even being rude. I was asking what the process was for when stuff like this happens. This is the second time in a row I have had issues with this stuff. Not just a week ago I was giving a sandwich missing ingredients but also poor food quality. I really hope you get better employees at this location because you lost a customer. Because I had a problem with my order last week nobody called me back considering what I ordered all the ingredients weren't even on the sandwich. Kinda hard to eat a dry sandwich with no mayo and nasty soggy tomatoes I contacted the store manager and never received any reply back. Way to care about your customers
