We had a bad experience!! The owner is great! But this man who works in the morning has a very cheap behaviour !!They ask for extra money !!! This man who is working in the morning has a bad attitude! He needs to speak politely with customers! We go there for years !! Now they loose another regular customer!! Such a bad behaviour!! He wanted us to pay extra !! We payed the same price for years !! Now he wants us to pay him extra money !! Not going back again , be careful guys

Very poor customer service! The morning person is very rude, we pay extra tip! But when he is there in the morning , we definitely don't tip him, because of his rude attitude! He asked for extra couple of dollars ! Because we asked him to give us thigh pieces as that's what we actually prefer!! We are paying the amount! On top of that he asked extra dollars because we asked for thigh, terrible behaviour! Be careful this guy who work in the front desk in the morning is very bad !! If he asks for extra money don't give him !!!

The guy who works in the front desk. Has a bad attitude and asks for extra cash if you ask for thigh or chicken breast.This guy has tremendous bad behavior. Two years, we buy from the same location. Other guys who work at night is really good. The Bengali guy he is very humble who works at night. But the one who stays in the morning. Asked us to pay couple of extra. When we often leave a tip even if we do takeout!! Only because of the great owner we always visited there for 2 years now.But after the way he behaved , from today onwards we will stop going to this place.This guy needs to be fired for his bad behavior with customers. I wish I remembered his name. Please avoid going to this place in the morning.You will not be happy with their service and behavior!!!The owner should know how he behaves with customers!That is why I am posting this review.

Some of the best chicken tenders I have ever had huge, crispy and juicy chicken! Accidentally overordered and didn't regret it for a second! Cheesecake was a bit limp, but you don't go to a fried chicken shop for that!!! Recommend to anyone needing a late night chicken fix in Maspeth!

Food quality is so cheap, and it doesn’t taste good at all. We got chicken tenders and they were incredibly salty and the fried chicken was dripping in oil. The sandwiches we order were also very bad. They lacked flavor and they just tasted like reheated cafeteria food. There are too many of these places in NYC and their quality is dwindling by the day.
