The fries were hot but lacked flavor, even when heavily salted. The ketchup was disappointing, watery and served in a small plastic bowl. It should have been thick and sticking to the fries, but instead, it dripped off like Italian salad dressing. Overall, our experience was disappointing and I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this one couldn't be overlooked. We should have been wary when we realized we were the only ones dining there on a weekend.

I hope it was just a thickening agent and not something worse. The fries were hot but lacked flavor, even after adding a lot of table salt. Even the ketchup was disappointing, being served in a small plastic bowl and watered down. It should have been thick, but instead it dripped off the fries like a lite Italian salad dressing. I could continue, but you get the gist. I don't usually write negative reviews, but I couldn't overlook this experience. The fact that we were the only ones in the restaurant during a weekend lunch should have been a red flag.
