I absolutely adore this café. I’ve been a regular for years, visiting every time I come to Woodstock from NYC. They serve the BEST maple cappuccino I’ve ever tasted. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed...

Mon Vert Cafe is situated in a fantastic location and has a charming, local vibe. The coffee is great, and they offer a wide variety of teas as well. I tried the French toast and the classic breakfast sandwich during my visit, and both were decent. I did have to wait a while for my order and had a bit of a drive, so I can imagine that eating on-site would have enhanced the experience. However, the standout item for me was definitely the chocolate croissant – it’s the best one I’ve ever had! The pastry is incredibly delicious, and the rich chocolate filling is divine. I ended up going back to buy an extra croissant because I didn’t want to share with my friend. I will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our visit to Mon Vert after strolling through the charming streets of Woodstock. The seating upstairs was comfortable, and we tried the smoked salmon club and the chicken Caesar wrap, both of which were outstanding. The service was a bit slow, as we waited around 20 minutes for our food. However, they do have a notice at the register explaining that everything is made to order, which makes the wait worthwhile!
