Catfish was tender and shrimp (large ones! was not at all over cooked. Lightly Cajun spiced not a heavy kick, so ask for more spice if you need to. Fries were also excellent (the thick wavy kind . Surprising amount of lettuce/tomato/pickles on the poboys. Buns were fresh. Cashier was very nice and said it was her first day there. $8 per sandwich, but excellent seafood, so well worth it!
I gave these bozos one star because this format does not permit negative numbers, let alone a zero. He's crude as a drill sergeant and she is incapable or unwilling to answer a telephone, clear their voice mail, or posting signage to indicate their disinterest in doing any business. The menu looks good, but other reviewers strongly disagree, and I am here to tell you it's is way too pricey for a roadside hole ten the wall ten miles from the nearest village. And in this time of our plague, they want to do a cash only business. My advice to you: stay away. Try Magnolia Grill in Woodville proper.
Decent burgers but $22 for 2 burgers and 2 fries with no drink is a bit pricey. The young girl at the counter with the piercings has a bad attitude and gets mouthy with the owner infront of customers. The yellow sarcastic sign they have in the window kinda surprised me.
Shrimp were fresh and good flavor, had the shrimp platter. Came with hushpuppies and a side hushpuppies were super tasty with a little bite; other sides ok. Has small outdoor seating with a few picnic tables to stretch your legs. Friendly place worth a pit stop. Fresh off the boat seafood to buy as well.
Food is ok, not worth the money paid. Service was subpar. I felt like a burden more than a customer.
