Contribuisci feedbackBooked here for a family dinner with my parents. There were 5 of us. We arrived at 6pm, it wasn’t busy at that stage but did start to develop a line up to order food by 6:30pm. Overall, the service was 10/10 at the bar, ordering food and while eating a lady came round and asked if everything was alright). The food was average, felt like the food was rushed and not cooked as well as it could be, we did wait about half hour for food too. Would come back and give them another chance and order different food to see if it improves. But service was the best I’ve had anywhere in a long time.
A group of four people went to this restaurant for a birthday Sunday lunch. We all ordered the Seniors meals. Unfortunately, the calamari was undercooked and the chips were cold. The two roast beef meals had undercooked carrots and beans, and the roast potato was not even peeled. Fortunately, the steak with mashed potatoes was good. The other three meals were not finished, with half left on the plate, but there was no inquiry about the uneaten food. Despite the issues, we didn't make a fuss as it was a birthday lunch.
Wow what a turnaround we went for dinner in February and vowed never to return, we put a review in on here on how bad it was, the manager contacted us to ask questions, I removed review hoping things would change, we did return 2 weeks later and wow it was awesome we thought maybe because they knew we were there that the meals were done properly, we returned a week later with out their knowledge and guess what the meals were awesome. Dannielle this is for you. GREAT JOB.
Our party of 14 family members dined at this restaurant for dinner. Some ordered through the scan app while others ordered at the counter, all sitting at the same table. It took over an hour for the first entree to arrive, and then the rest of the meals came out at different intervals. We had to inquire multiple times about the last 3 meals, which finally arrived. Unfortunately, this meant that the other family members had to wait while those 3 finished their meals. Overall, we were not satisfied with our dining experience.
I ordered a Mojito during happy hour, but I was disappointed to find that it was mostly filled with ice. When I brought this issue to the attention of the bar staff, I was informed that they are instructed to make the drinks that way. In my opinion, this shows a lack of concern from the pub management (Feros Group) towards providing customers with a quality cocktail for the price of $10. It was disappointing and unacceptable.
