Taco Bell - Woonsocket

This store constantly misses items in my combo orders. They are closed when they are supposed to be open. The staff always seems nice, but they mess up my orders ALL the time. Can 't understand why they can 't just make the items as advertised and forgetting items. Unacceptable!

Food is a hit or miss. On average my food is made wrong. But, they're quick to fix and replace. At points you do have to fight to get someone's attention. Not too many of them will come to you even after they see you standing there. Service could be a little bit more friendly not a very welcoming place.

I was charged for 2 meals I did not order then to get my refund was hell Very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL

The manager Omar was extremely rude and unprofessional told me that my gift card couldn’t be used and when I said he had to physically type it in he told me no he can’t when I know for a fact that all gift card can be entered manually and not to mention my fiancée used to work at this same location along with a mutual friend and they have both told me that it can be done manually.
