If I had to mention one issue, I would say that the regular cheese sauce is a bit gritty, while the salsa cheese sauce is much better. The staff and manager are always very friendly and welcoming. They offer free samples and genuinely enjoy sharing them with excited little kids. The pretzels are fresh and delicious. Definitely give it a try! They also have caramel and icing for those who are looking for a dessert option.

Initially, my husband and I were hesitant to visit this restaurant due to a previous negative experience with two older women who were unwilling to provide good service. However, we noticed that the staff had changed, so we decided to give it another try, and we couldn't be happier! The new staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was fresh and delicious as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The food is always hot and fresh, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Be sure to grab their stamp card or any promotional material they have on hand; they’re more than happy to provide it. I will definitely be returning in the future!

A little pricey for soft pretzels but the kids live them and with the reward card it is easy to obtain free items and coupon deals!
