Red Lobster Wooster

Food was very good and service was great. Would definitely recommend

The food and service was great, but the hostess told us they do not accept open reservations?? She put us anyway because they were not busy. Why would I be able to book here if they don't make reservations?

Service was poor, waitress always said it was because they were busy; they were not so busy. We could see them three times in an hour... It took 15 minutes to get a spice for a baked potato. The new posing lobster was so over boiled, it was like eating a potato chip.

Considering that it is a chain restaurant, it is better than expected and there is its location, it is one of the few places in the area to get decent, fresh seafood. If I were in a big city like New York or Chicago, which still has many upscale options, I wouldn't think of going into a Red Lobster, but in Wooster it's reliable.

The food and service were excellent, but the hostess mentioned that they don't accept open reservations. However, she seated us anyway since the restaurant wasn't busy. I’m confused about why I was able to book a table if they don’t accept reservations.
