Bay State Brewery Tap Room - Worcester

This is a casual setting with a great selection of beer… much of which is brewed on location. The food is very good, which is usually not the case for breweries. Highly recommend!!

The food was mostly just OK. The beer was nice. The biggest complaint we had was my 10 year old son's ziti tasted like either kitchen cleaner or hand sanitizer. He had a few bites and became nauseous. I had a bite and felt like I had taken a drink of clorox. I took it to a manager who just said that they will remake it. No apology, nothing. The next bowl came out and was fine, but he wasn't really in the mood to eat. Mistakes happen, but this could have been serious. I definitely will not return for a meal.

This is the best brewery in the area! If you like lighter beers, I highly reccomend the Time Traveler. The atmosphere, food and customer service is also unbeatable. Nothing better than .50 cent wings on Tuesdays!!!
