Delicious, lots of food for cheap and really good boba!!!

The strawberry shortcake with strawberry poppers Boba is my favorite! I Don’t recommend the Oreo boba my son got a headache after trying that one !But overall the others we’ve tried like the mango tea and the peach tea are good ! Good customer service the parking can be an issue sometimes , but that’s not their fault. 10/10

EXCELLENT bubble tea! Wish I lived closer, my brown sugar boba tea was sooo creamy and delicious. Perfectly cooked boba.

Pandan and appetizers were very good but unfortunately their milk tea (boba) was the worst we've ever had, didn't even know someone could mess up milk tea, just thought it was always something that would always make my soul happy, I was sadly mistaken.
