Contribuisci feedbackRecently stayed at this location and had a terrible experience due to the lack of hospitality, customer service and overall lack of courtesy due to the GM Dawn Ryan. Have stayed here many times before on work trips and have never experienced the level of disrespect over the past few days during my stay (which felt targeted due to my ethnicity). Please be mindful of providing your credit card number over the phone. As I was checking in, there were SEVERAL invoices with customers (full) credit card numbers in plain sight of patrons checking in. Made mention, and the GM seemed annoyed that I questioned her on it. She simply turned the invoices around, which still were located in an area where breech could occur. Will be filing a formal complaint. Guests be 'ware!
We booked our stay back in July for this weekend and when we arrived it was a dump. The hallways were covered in filth. Our room looked destroyed, the tv was hanging off the mount, the fire alarm was hanging off the wall. The walls in the bathroom were covered with white filth, with mold in the shower caulking. The bedskirts had stains on them. The pillows had makeup stains and hair on them and in them. The furniture was damaged. Do not waste your money here. We were there a total of two hours until we couldn't stand the disarray. We packed our things and brought it to the car and went to the front desk to tell them we are unpleased and will not be staying the night. The front desk worker said we had been here for longer than 4 hours which is our allowed time for a refund. When he checked again and realized we had not actually been there for 4 hours, his refund time then changed to 2 hours. He then said we had 15 mins upon entering our room and complaining to get a refund. He said he will not honor a refund nor his manager and we can contact the head manager on Monday. This place is not worth your time. I will continue to write reviews and contact higher branches until this is resolved. Do not waste your money here you will not get what the pictures online show you. Left a voicemail with the hotel manager and she has yet to respond. I have since read more reviews saying it is possibly a homeless shelter hotel which was never disclosed. This is totally unexceptable at over $300 a night and to have not been reached out to for a refund or a heavy discount since none of this was disclosed beforehand and we refused to stay the night under these conditions.
I am extremely disappointed and disgusted on the service I have received. I book a night a month ahead. I drove 16 hours to get there and they proceeded to tell me that they overbooked and I can 't stay there. I booked a MONTH AHEAD!!! When I told them I drove 16 hours and am exhausted and want something done. They continued to tell me that there was nothing they could do. I started to get frustrated and extremely upset. The manager tells me to wait a minute while she makes a call. She then calls me back over to the front desk and says that their sister property Quality Inn can match my price and to go there. I looked at the reviews for Quality Inn and they were bad, such as bed bugs. Holiday Inn Express Worcester 's sister property my s. They were rude and didn 't care what happened to me for the night. They were nonchalant about the whole thing! If I could give a negative review I would!!!! So pissed, unprofessional service received and left for nowhere to go!!!!!
If there was less than one star I would choose that. This was awful. The staff was nice but the hotel was super run down, lots of broken items, loud (both outside traffic, drunk people in the hallway and other people just being normal in their rooms so noisy not to menting the flushing toilets) My heater was not working properly and kept over heading the room, I turned it to off and it seemed to have some override and it would start loudly heating up again all over. There was bucket catching water under my sink. The food was not edible. Eggs tasted like chemicals, coffee awful. So overpriced.
Nice enough hotel- maybe a bit outdated but no complaints! Everything was clean which is the most important thing! Coffee and grab and go breakfast only included yogurt and oranges which was a bit of a let down but no one stays at a hotel for the free breakfast! Both front desk attendants we talked to were friendly and check in/out was a breeze.
