J J Pizza Express - Worcester

This restaurant is awful, despite its misleading name of Groovy Island Pizza on the door and Grubhub. The prices are astronomical and I received the completely wrong order. I will definitely not be giving this place another chance, especially now that I am suspicious about their use of different names on the door and Grubhub. I really should have done some research before placing my order.

I had a few issues with my order at the end, but the staff were very polite and accommodating. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try anything as it was for a meeting, but everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals. Thank you!

I ordered fish and chips, but it looked like it came from the trash can. It was not even what I ordered, and the taste was terrible. I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs. I would rather go to Burger King or JJ's Pizza for better fish.

This place has down the hill in the last months. Serious service and terrible food. they need new management and a new cook! the chef constantly confused submissions then is rude when they call or go back to correct the order

Ordered delivery last night was told 45m ..no problem...after 45m I received a call they were on the way ...well my food never came ..called back the number from the call I received..no answer...needless to say two hours passed and I never received amy order ....poor customer service for sure ..
