I rarely give 3, but i had to for this place because the best item we had was the Cajun frise. The service was good, the flavors were okay, but the choice of ingredients was the biggest issue for me. For the beef stir fried flat noddles, the beef was not trimmed before slicing, so most pieces has some chewy fat making them hard to finish. To make things worse, the carrots slices already turned sour. We also ordered the Cajun books shrimp, for almost $12 per pound, they didn't get the gulf from the south as they should be, instead they used cheap frozen shrimp import from South Asia, 2/3 of the shrimp meat is powdery, instead of plump.

Been here a couple of times already. Decent customer service and the food here taste delicious. Recently I ordered Com Tam and Cả Phê Sữa Đá and it filled me up. Nice plate presentation.

The food here is always amazing. I've tried a few of their selections and they're all very tasty.

Super flavorful broth, lots of variety. Lots of different flavors coming from the broth and nice spice level for my bun Bo hue. This is authentic Vietnamese food and they have lots of other Vietnamese dishes besides pho. I'd love to come back to try other things as well.
