Life improved for us when we discovered this gem just five minutes away. The staff is fantastic—funny and always answers the phone as if you were family. The crust is delicious, with a hint of sweetness, and the tomato sauce is smooth and flavorful. The balance and coverage of the toppings are truly outstanding. I make a lot of pizzas at home using high-quality ingredients and various cooking surfaces, yet I still find myself craving theirs. And those garlic knots? Absolutely incredible! They’re generously coated in rich, buttery, garlicky Parmesan, so good that both my wife and brother have declared them the best garlic knots they’ve ever had. I don’t typically write reviews, but I couldn’t let this one go unremarked. Please, don’t ever close down!

I had an excellent eggplant sub and a fantastic steak and cheese. The staff were very friendly, especially a gentleman named Will, who was very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great sub. Next time we visit, we'll definitely try the pizza!

I can’t believe what just happened at this restaurant! I placed a delivery order because my kids and I were hungry, and I didn't feel like cooking. After finishing my order, I realized I couldn’t find my card to pay. Amazingly, the delivery guy still brought us the food, even though I hadn’t paid yet—I was just a random customer placing an order! Once I found my card, I called back and made the payment. You've gained a lifelong customer! I won’t order from anywhere else in Worcester. Your food is fantastic; I love the aroma and how the cheese melts on top of the pizza. The steak and cheese was excellent too!

This place rules! We had the palace special grinder which was the best sub we’ve had in a while. Service was prompt and friendly, Will behind the counter was funny and considerate. Stumbled upon this place passing through to Maine and we’re very pleased to have found it. We’ll be back again

Great business, delicious food, fun staff. I came in to pick up my order, and the staff were a lot of fun to talk to. There was an issue with my order, and they fixed it, no questions asked. Excellent business skills, positive experience, and nice atmosphere.
