After we had to walk all day in the jumpbrook parks, we had to try to find someone who knew what was going on, and was told that the key is in the door, only driving up the road, they can't miss it. when looking for the lodge we first notice the amount of spinnwebs everywhere. we accept that it should be eco! the first reaction was wow, the decoration and the thema were fantastic. unfortunately the positive ends here. much more spin weaving inside, neat, but certainly not clean, with a funky smell. I've been eating dust all the time. we think it's just one night, make the best of it, try out the spa. no hot water! we have tried to call the number on the card in booklet on the couch table. to check on their website, it is the same number so we try it again. definitiw separated. so my man is standing out to examine and step on a nail that sticks through an old wood on the floor, fortunately only pierce through his shoe and narrows his foot. we couldn't fix the problem and had to have a cold shower and cook the crawl to wash before we were gone. the bathroom door could not be closed for the private sphere. in the night we were awakened several times by a rat in the kitchen müllcontainer. just to ice the cake when we arrived, I ignorantly sat my bag on the wall, I discovered on the morning that the air conditioning had fucked through gott knows what all through my pocket and clothing. I had to find a washroom to wash and dry it. (maybe my fault. but they wouldn't expect an air cone to push into the inner! the next morning we left at 9 o'clock, nobody to see. only a key return box as they could imagine, we would have expected a lot more for $200, and the left feeling is demolished and angry. Happy vacation. I have tried to see e-mails, phone calls, and leave from posting before booking this evaluation, whether we would get at least one excuse. but had no contact
My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in the pharao lodge, as a birthday came away for her. thema was amazing and quite creatiw, not many people can say that they land in a pyramid under the gold coast. the location...it was also great as it was in the forest (but directly in front of a main road, so the traffic in the lodge was audible, but also not even 20min to robina and other important areas of the gold coast and near springbrook mountain, without stuck at the top of the winding roads. the maintenance of the space was a great demolition. there were cable networks everywhere. we understand that cleaning the tip of the pyramid would be difficult, but the majority was within the poor to reach from me and I am 5’5. also eye contact with a big jäger and his exoskeleton over the bed made both of us unpleasant. So we went and bought a Cob Web cleaner (2 actually so we could get in and so the lodge as she urgently needed it despite us pay $200 per night. we also found other little spiders through the place so we never felt safe. the microshaft must also be seriously replaced. it breaks and cracks and sparks. the walls also got really wet in the night as to the electrical wiring in the walls. the front door also seems as if someone had tried to break it or force what made me nervous to leave our things while we went out as there is only the wooden door and no flyscreen. we could not use the bathroom sink, because the fittings had to be made really tight so that they did not drip off and use the whole hot water. the fan and the aircon didn't work, and some lights had hunted and the cabinet had a broken door. the kamin was confusing and they only delivered big logs so we had to go to buy. we were also told by someone who seemed to work there when we arrived that they would bring us more wood in the second night, but that was not happening either. frankly, no one really saw and the reception was never open. Maybe that was a sign? the spa bad has been working with out problems because that was the main reason that we chose this place. I think this place would really be of a solid clean and also a little welcome / how to booklet, just to explain the quirks of the place (the lights were strange and took us out about 20min to work; and the tw was strange as there had no channels and wanted us to pay for everything and also why there were small windows that lead to the wall and simply seem to be the perfect place for spinning. overall thema and the location of the place were fantastic, but some serious maintenance must be done. really disappointing for a place that is so expensive and claims to be a great high-time and venue. I would cry so much if I chose this for my high time as I have cried for this trip anyway. I hope they use the Cob Web Sweeper and that the next person enjoys my cleaning (can I send my cleaning bill to ecostudio? and the big jäger we called judgeard, he was an unaccompanied guest and didn't even contribute to the room price, how rude.
Bitterly disappointed by our stay at ecostudio fellini. dirty entry into the room, no dishwashing fluid or tea towel (although it should be allowed to clean the kitchen), long life milk in a refrigerator in my cup tee, no lamp in one of the...the nightly tempered. spin weaving over the television. no welcome book to advise, there were no free air TV channels. netflix was available, but not much more. in any case will not come back. no on-site management for the time we stayed just a note on the door, what saw to be a restaurant that advises our key was in the door. very poor for the price we paid for our 2 overnight stays!
Recently visited a high time. I wouldn't recommend. I tried to contact the place to discuss a food allergy (no) it took three weeks to finally get someone on the phone and then anna was extremely rude and not helpful. on the day before the...wedding, when I asked the ingredients in the soap, I was filled again with hostility, and was told by anna “we will not have a man an epi-pens, he can not only use when he has a reaction”. on the day of the high time there was a pesto covered lamb and pistachios nuts on the wheat table. anna was rude and difficult during the night, to a series of guests. during the venue it is beautiful, I would recommend to look differently where for their special day!
This restaurant is a great choice for weddings, with excellent food, great service, and a beautiful bush setting that rivals any other venue. We stayed in one of the few rooms available for $250 per night (meals not included). The room was decent, but could have used some attention as there were spider webs, a strange smell at bedtime, broken insect screens, and a confusing TV system. Overall, not bad, but a bit pricey for what you get.
