Kfc Wrexham St Georges Crescent

I ordered 7 meals from a restaurant through Just Eat as a special Christmas treat for my colleagues. The wait time was reasonable and the order finally arrived. However, upon checking, I found that three items were missing, including the infamous gravy. When I called the restaurant to report the missing items, I was shocked to be told that they wouldn't send a driver back to deliver them as it wasn't worth it. Instead, they asked me to come into the store to pick them up. This was frustrating as the driver should have delivered all items they were given, and I wouldn't have used Just Eat if I wanted to go into the store myself. The lack of customer service ultimately lost them a customer.

Do not go here. The counter staff was terrible, we waited for a long time, and the staff was rude. The food was dry and the fries were inedible, so we threw them away without touching them. If you want a reason to avoid KFC, this place is it.

I placed an order at the restaurant and after a long wait, received it without an apology. Upon checking the order, I found that an item was missing. I went back to the counter and asked for the missing item. A staff member named Harry said he had already called out for it, then gave me a rude look when I questioned why it wasn't included in my order. When I asked if he could have informed me when I picked up the order, he told me to calm down. Another staff member stepped in, provided me with a replacement item, and apologized for the inconvenience. It seems like the few good staff members at this restaurant are overshadowed by the rude ones. KFC could do better in terms of customer service.

Haven't been for a takeaway for couple of months and couldn't believe the price hikes . The gravy tasted like they'd added a whole pot of pepper yuk! We won't be visiting again in a hurry fish and chips is now cheaper.

The restaurant was pretty much empty, the food was prepared really quickly and the workers were nice. Tables were clean and food was good
