ともしび - 五霞町

This restaurant is located in a very hard-to-find place. It's not a place you just stumble upon while walking by; you have to decide to go there from the beginning or you might miss it. It's a Chinese restaurant, but they also have menu options other than Chinese food. They are probably closed on Mondays. The draft beer is so cold that even Kaiji would be impressed, it's delicious. It gets pretty crowded during lunchtime, and the parking lot is small so be careful. They have a few bottle keep options, and it seems like they do well as an izakaya at night. Every time I go, I can't help but think how cool the chef is.

I crossed the bridge from Sekiyado and casually stopped by this restaurant. A beautiful madam and a handsome master greeted me. I ordered the half fried rice set and it arrived in 10 minutes. The ramen had a traditional and delicious flavor, while the fried rice had a slightly strong taste but it was not overpowering. I quickly finished it and felt satisfied. I left the restaurant with no regrets.

I'm sorry to say that the location is not great as it is in a rural area, but the owner's efficiency and the taste of the food are reminiscent of urban Chinese cuisine, making everything look delicious. However, there are many smokers.

周りが工業系の会社が多いだけあって、 多少塩気の強い料理になっています。 ただ、その強さに合わせた味付けがまた良く、ご飯が進みます。
