The staff here is very friendly, and the service is great, especially for takeout. I had breakfast, and it was quite affordable, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food was excellent, earning a solid 5 out of 5, and the service matched that score. The atmosphere is also inviting, receiving a perfect rating. I highly recommend trying the Hash Browns, Breakfast Sandwiches, and Donuts. There's plenty of parking available, with free parking options in the lot.

As for the bagel, it was noticeably stale. The texture was disappointingly tough, making it seem like it had been sitting out for a long time—despite the fact that I received my order at 7:30 am. The burnt flavor was an unwelcome surprise that detracted from the overall taste. It was clear that freshness and quality were not prioritized this time. Overall, the lackluster hot chocolate and subpar bagel made for a frustrating visit. I sincerely hope Dunkin' Donuts takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to uphold the high standards we have come to expect from them.

Made a mobile order for an iced coffee with whip cream. Got home, drank almost half and noticed 3 black dots floating in the coffee. I fished one out and they were gnats . I have never been so disgusted. I am sure they were frozen in the ice. Yuckkkk. I called and the lady who answered of course pretended like she did not understand. I just started going to this location and now I will NOT be back. Please do better and keep the ice bucket covered, at least. Gross!!!

New building in the old location. Second time going and will be my last. The coffee is watered down and did not match my order. They didn't cook the hash browns correctly, so they stuck together in one blob of potato. I had a free coffee reward offer that didn't come off my total amount as it was supposed to because the worker was unable to work the register correctly. Not to mention the unpleasant cold service. Sticking to the locations I'm familiar with.
