Grace Takeaway - Wynnum

The food is always delicious, and what I like is the great value Package deals. The exterior doesn't look very inviting, but the food is well worth the look-see, and especially as it is down the road from a very glamorous looking fish

Great food, good value, graceful service!!Really easy, really nice Australian Whiting, Calamari and chips $19.90. Clean oil, hint of flavour in the calamari crumbs, and cooked nicely. Chips could've been cooked a little more to make them just a bit more crispey but very satisfying.

Great easy takeaway, potato scallops are awesome, fish is fresh and tasty, great to get takeaway and sit across the road by the water.

We had lunch here on a very busy Saturday (there was a festival on the esplanade just across the road). The service was friendly and the number system worked well for collection of orders. We were lucky to get a seat at the tables outside with a view across the esplanade. The food was a little disappointing as we were expecting something a bit better from a seaside fish and chip shop than the average snapper and calamari that we got. The chips and potato scallops were good.

We were invited to the Wynnum foreshore with a bunch of friends to have some fish and chips there, met up at Grace's and proceeded to order....very busy thinking it must be great stuff. The fish we ordered was lovely, NZ Cod crumbed but the fillets were on the small side for the price, but tasted good, it was the chips that let it down in our opinion. Not crispy and tasty as you would expect, and yet there is plenty of competition on the Wynnum foreshore, think we'll be trying another next time.
