Contribuisci feedbackI requested a tomato, and they brought out two along with a plate of waffle fries. However, when I finally ate my burger, I realized there was no cheese on it. The next day, I also noticed I hadn’t received the fried onions that were supposed to be on it. Given that it was a hot day, nearly 100 degrees, I stuck to drinking water, but I was never asked if I wanted a refill, while others were. When I didn’t get my waffle fries, the waitress apologized and said the kitchen manager was back there making the cooks nervous. I find it hard to believe that’s an excuse for not delivering what customers ordered or for omitting items listed on the menu. Lastly, always check your bill; you never know when gratuity might have been automatically added.
They do not adhere to the hours displayed in their window. It might be a good idea to call ahead and confirm, as they may close early without notice.
We always have a great time when we visit this restaurant. The customer service is outstanding every single time!
For a bowling alley the food is pretty damn great! And never a wait.
Bowling was fun, and they played good music and it wasn't too loud. The food was good. Service was good. Kinda pricey, 2 lanes for 6 bowlers with shoe rental cost $149 for 1.5 hours. Would go back again! Zach was awesome!
