Contribuisci feedbackEverything was fantastic! I tried the Nashville hot chicken burgers and onion rings, and they were crispy and fresh. My server Jake managed the entire bar seamlessly—great service all around. The entire staff was impressive. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Then we ordered 20 wings but only received 15. While the wings were different flavors, they were carelessly served, and we didn't complain at that point. Finally, when the bill arrived, we were charged for the 20 wings. I pointed out the mistake, and they did correct it, which wouldn’t have bothered me normally. I understand that mistakes happen, but it was their rude attitude and lack of effort that prompted me to write this review.
The staff shortage at this restaurant is evident, as it seems that each employee is expected to perform the duties of three people. This has a negative impact on hygiene and quality. During my visit, I encountered chicken wings that still had feathers on them, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, there were small bone fragments mixed in with the wings. It appeared that the wings had not been properly processed before being cooked, resulting in a messy dish that was overcooked and lacked moisture, leaving much of the meat dry and lacking flavor.
Our first time here we spent 80 four people eating. We were not impressed at all. I had the Brisketburger, it was small and dry and crisp, that's not like you Brisket. Will never come back here again, McDonalds, Burger King and Sonic are better than this place and they are not right.
So my fiancé the kids and I went out to Buffalo wild wings today for lunch. When taking our order the manager did not realize that one of the specials was not on during lunch that he had offered us. The orders were taken and we waited nearly an hour for our food to arrive. During that time we had received our drinks and most of us had finished them due to the prolonged wait for our food. Not one time did our server offer a refill until I made it aware that our daughter needed a different drink. At that time they had asked if we wanted a refill but we had already finished our lunch and we’re disappointed with the fact that the food was number one cold we didn’t get some of the stuff that was on the menu due to them being out like coleslaw. And this was just one they had opened at 11:30 or 12 I don’t understand how a business can run without knowing your inventory and capacity to take customers even though the place was full we were one of the first families in the establishment and yet received our food it seemed last. This is the reason I gave this establishment one star we were not even offered a discount nor did somebody come in apologize for such bad service. We paid good money and just expect good service we will probably not be going back to this establishment again.
