Burger King - Yakima

Food was hot service was poor took a half hr to get through the drive thru the lady that took my money had no clue what i ordered they were out of the frozen coke that my daughter ordered but didn't tell me that when i ordered

I wanted to give a personal shout-out to Collin. I don't know if he was the mgr on duty or not. Assuming, yes. My whopper jr's with bacon and cheese were super cold. Stuff happens. No questions asked immediately called back I need 2 hot bacon cheese new. And with in 4 mins maybe 5. I received 2 whopper not jr's bacon cheese. Popping hot off the line. Apologized handed my food in a new bag and thank me for coming. Huge shout-out to not only Collin but, back of the house cooks and staff. Amazing recovery. Now if other places were like this accidents would be no big deal. And people wouldn't feel as if their doing something wrong. Wow floored with amazement. Outstanding guys

The last two times I went to this location it was less than impressive cleanliness wise. Old French fries under the equipment, cardboard left back by the cooking area and in full view of the customers, and the crew seemed to be more interested in joking around and goofing off than in getting the orders out. I will admit that the food was what I expect and was hot and fresh, but the cleanliness issue makes me question how the rest of the facility is kept.

I was given the incorrect order and receipt at this restaurant. I went inside to correct the mistake, but unfortunately encountered an employee named Ana who tried to argue with us instead of helping us get the correct order. I was very disappointed with this experience.

I had the absolute best service from Bailee! definitely going back!
