Cheese Junkies - Yakima

The loaded fries are bomb, my grandma is raving about them too. The Mahalo grilled cheese is amazing too. I've never had such good tomato soup.

Everything they serve has cheese, as their name implies. I've been impressed with each visit. Their burgers, no matter what kind are juicy and nicely seasoned. Their poutine is excellent, it is offered as an appetizer, but is easily a main dish in size. Their Mac and cheese is good, but could use a bit more punch, as in a bit sharper cheese, but is still enjoyable. Try the burger with the Mac and cheese waffle bun. You'll need a knife and fork to eat it, but it is worth it.

I had an overall great experience. The host (and also cook) explained the menu to me after she asked if I had been there before or it was my first time which is always thoughtful. She had a very friendly smile, took my order and went right onto making my meal. No customer service complaints for me! After a few minutes of looking at the menu, I decided on the jalapeño business grilled cheese and a side of tomato soup. The jalapeño business grilled cheese was amazing. Pepper Jack cheese, jalapeños bacon. The bread was toasted just right, all the cheeses were thoroughly melted. It went perfectly with the tomato soup.

This is the place to go if you love cheese! My fiancee and I stopped in to try their food and it was delicious. The cheese fries were excellent. I had the Jalapeno Business and I think it was the epitome of what a grilled cheese should be.
