Don’t get me wrong, the coffee is delicious. My review is based on wait times. Usually I was able to get in and out quick, but lately the wait times have been beyond long. Today I waited 25 minutes around 6:45pm, and there was only 4 cars in front of me. No one was running taking orders. Only one person making drinks. I get if they were short staffed, but at least run and take orders to speed it up a bit. Or help make drinks. People would understand why you aren’t chatting it up with them at the window. Last week I waited 15 minutes and there was only 2 cars in front of me. They also weren’t running orders and the customers in front had either 1 or 2 drinks. Which made no sense to me why it took so long.

The absolute one of the best coffee establishments I've been to in fact I would rank them higher than Starbucks!. Their frappes are very delicious and coffee is the same and you definitely get your monies worth. It was just amazing and I don't know if it was just that location with staff that know what they're doing when it comes to making frappes and coffee etc but I know for a fact I will be returning every chance I get to do so!

I ordered their promo item which was the Chocolate Cookie Crunch Freeze. It is NOT a DQ Oreo Blizzard. It is more like a Tim Horton's Ice Capp with cookie crumbs on the top. Sweet chilly coffee taste! I would still have to say an Ice Capp with chocolate milk is sweeter than this, but this was nice...
