Great Shanghai - Yakima

Very nasty attitude of the older woman that runs the place . I can’t believe her lack of customer service . When someone ask for separate ticket that’s what they should get with the pricing of each item ordered so you know what your being charged . Not a big ask in my eyes . And for her to look at someone and say you eat a lot based on their size . Not a way to run your business.We won’t go back .

Ordered take out for my Daughters Birthday ? Food is excellent, the are kind, very Professional. Our Family will be returning customers always???.

Owners and Staff of Great Shanghai are the best! They are always welcoming when you walk into the restaurant and their food is AMAZING! HUGE portions of food to eat and plenty to take home for left overs. I highly recommend them to eat dining in or take out.
