Jack In The Box - Yakima

They had a girl that gave my command to someone else and that someone else touched all my food and took it and then the girl come to us again and again and try to give us another order, we said politely that it wasn't my order then I went in and they didn't want to give back my money it was 61$and something cents and they also wanted me to have more minutes waiting for them to make them.

Horrible service so we went to by some food and placed a order for $67.31 and we want to pay with a $100 bill and they told they hand no change for that and asked if we had any other way of pay and we told them no how can they not have change for that amount they were so rude and said they couldn’t do anything so we could not get are food for are kids because of there issues at the company time 4:15pm on may/17/22 so we were Denied service I would never go back to that place and I would recommend everyone not to go to that place unless you are looking for horrible service if could put no stars I would but the app would not let me

Got food just slopped together and now not feeling good after seeing nold on the hamburger buns

Not very happy I always call or come late night no answer cars are all lined up on drive thur they won’t answer u at all u come up to window and it’s our systems are down and I called the other jack and they said they are only down for a half hour idk what’s going on but this one is always down between 2 to 4 am that’s not 24 hours to me it’s annoying so my husband is on his way there now as we speak it’s 310 am I called now answer so I guess we will see I never complain but this happens all the time

Food wasn't to messy nice and hot and it was pritty fast. I'd go their any time I'm in a hurry
