I had the worst experience today my dad went to pick up my meal I had already paid and used the mobile app I gave him my code so that he can give it to them since my kids are sick with covid and the manager named Angel was the rudest employee ever didn't want to give him my meal until I took my phone in order for him to give me my meal I already purchased. This isn't the first time I've purchased something and they always just ask for code and give my meal to me or my family members when I can't go.
Asked for no pickles and guess what i got! Horrible service. Some people there must hate their job there.
Update 6 yrs later:They have really improved their service recently. I found they moved some staff around from other stores and it's making a difference. Ashley is truly making a good impact on this place. Still not my favorite McDonald's but it's made some major improvements.
What great service. I placed an order on the app. It said breakfast was available. When we got there it was just past time for them to stop serving breakfast. They made our food any way. We're so polite. What a great staff. Thank you!!!!
