Starbucks Coffee - Yakima

This is my favorite Starbucks location in yakima, their staff is always friendly and they never get my order wrong unlike other locations I have been to. If they get a minor thing wrong they correct it immediately which is great customer service in my opinion

I just had an Americano and it was good. Good wait time for order even though it was crowded. Excellent service.

We got there right at rush hour apparently we had two mobile orders in our vehicle, and about 8 10 cars ahead of us. They breezed us through pretty quickly though, and the gal at the window was super friendly. One of the better Starbucks that I have been to.

The coffee here is outstanding, but they sometimes miss the mark on small details, like forgetting to provide straws for iced drinks, napkins, or a knife for the cream cheese. It can be quite frustrating to find out these items are missing after you’ve already left. They definitely need to improve their attention to customer needs.

I'm a devoted fan of Starbucks. As a coffee enthusiast, I truly love coffee, and I can always count on getting my favorite brew at any Starbucks location I visit. However, when I explore local coffee shops, I often find their prices to be higher, and I sometimes don't enjoy their coffee blends as much. More often than not, I leave feeling that I should have just opted for Starbucks instead.
