Taco Bell - Yakima

This is my first time visiting since the renovation, and I must say, the atmosphere and the staff were excellent. Taco Bell is definitely my go-to place!

Typically, I would rate this restaurant 5 stars, but my most recent visit was disappointing. Two items were missing from our order, though we usually come here because they get it right every time. It just happened to be this occasion when Google prompted me for a review. Despite this experience, I maintain my overall rating of 5 stars. The food is always served warm, and we always request no sour cream, which they get right 98% of the time.

The day shift deserves high praise! They really know how to take care of their customers. However, the evening shift is a different story. They often rush through orders, frequently forgetting items like hot sauce and napkins. On the other hand, the day shift has an exceptional team—professional, courteous, and efficient. We enjoy lunch there every day! (This review specifically pertains to the day shift at the drive-thru. Great job!)

The service was excellent and quick, providing high-quality fast food. This newly renovated location had our order prepared by the time we reached the window. The staff were friendlier than what you typically find at fast food restaurants.

I consistently receive fast and friendly service at this restaurant. They always get my order right, and they've only forgotten my sauce twice in the many times I've eaten there—usually around once a week.
