Tacos El Rey - Yakima

I have only ever ordered the authentic street carne asada tacos at this restaurant because they are incredibly delicious. My wife usually orders the special sope combination plate and also loves it. We know we should try some of their other menu items, but the tacos are just too good to pass up. I highly recommend stopping by for lunch if you're in Yakima.

It can be difficult to reach the restaurant by phone as they seem to be very busy and let the phone ring for a long time. The tacos de lengua are delicious, but I would prefer them without the double tortilla and with some added avocado. Both the tacos de lengua and the torta de adobada were good and are the only items I can recommend. I was relieved that they accepted Samsung Pay as I had forgotten my wallet.

The food is good, but they need an additional person to handle phone calls. It is very difficult to place an order over the phone. It seems like they have one person managing phone calls, taking orders, processing payments, and coordinating deliveries. When I called today, I was put on hold for 11 minutes while I heard the person take 4 orders and give 2. Then the call got disconnected. I called back and was asked to hold again, but this time I didn't respond and was put on hold for another 11 minutes. The person apologized and finally took my order after another minute on hold.

Amazing comida hands down recommended 2 all I would do back four more
