Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant feels like a second home to us. We enjoy gathering with friends and meeting new people here. The staff are all wonderful.
This Tim Horton's location is the worst out of the three in town. The staff is more focused on chatting than serving customers, and orders are frequently incorrect. The quality of the coffee is also lacking.
We arrived at the restaurant around 11:30 am and waited in line behind two other customers. Despite there being seven people behind the counter, no one acknowledged us. While the drive-thru was running smoothly, there was no one attending to the counter inside. Eventually, a girl came out and chatted with the customers in front of us but did not take their order. Other customers walked up, bypassed the line, and placed their orders. After about ten minutes, we were finally served, but it was a disappointing and frustrating experience. We do not plan on returning in the future.
Popped in for lunch and there was 1 staff at cash who also had to fill orders like making sandwiches etc. I was only 3rd in line but after 10 minutes I was still 2nd in line.What is worse is you can see 3 other staff in the back room and you can hear them joking around.This Tim's is by far the slowest I have been in around the country and never seems to improve.
Stopped in before catching the Cat and service was quick and the staff was friendly. Coffee and pastries delicious.
