Seems like maybe new owners, waited 20 min for 2 bagel sandwiches paid 20 dollars to get them home and have the wrong sandwiches. Called to see if I could get the correct order but nobody picked up the phone. Don?t need to come back.
I called them to let them know I'd be coming back to exchange it, which was inconvenient for me, but I just wanted the correct sandwich. I didn’t ask for anything extra. When I returned, I was surprised they didn’t offer me a coffee or anything as an apology for their mistake, but I shrugged it off. So, I get home again, open the sandwich, and what do I find? This time, it has egg whites and tomatoes with home fries on a hero. I know, I should have checked it before leaving. I called back once more and told them I was coming in for a refund and a new sandwich. The person on the phone said that was no problem. When I arrived at the deli, there was no sandwich waiting for me. They just handed me my cash back, stating they didn’t hear me-request another sandwich, but offered to make it right. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to wait, so I just took my money and left. Even if I hadn’t asked for another sandwich (which I did), they should’ve made an effort to rectify the situation after making me drive back and forth three times. It was just really disappointing. Their excuse was that the chef was in training and mistakenly gave me the "healthy hobo," which isn't even on their menu.
The worst customer service ever! The workers will walk right pass you like your not supposed to be there. They change the prices all the time depending on who rings you up. I always have to wait 10 mins+ to get one bagel. The owner has no control, and the workers don?t care.
I recently changed my 5-star review to a 1-star review because there's no option for zero stars. This used to be one of the best breakfast spots in Yonkers, and it's heartbreaking to see how this once-reputable establishment has become a place I can no longer recommend. Since the ownership changed, not a single one of my phone orders has been correct. In fact, there have been times when I arrived only to find that they didn’t even have my order. I truly enjoyed coming here before the change in ownership, and I hope the previous owner is enjoying a well-deserved retirement. We miss you! - A concerned Samaritan
The new owners have made things worse. First and foremost, the customer service is terrible. The person taking orders is rude and unpleasant. If she doesn't enjoy her job, perhaps she should consider moving on. We used to order breakfast for our workplace every day, but now they can't even get the simplest orders right. We often receive missing items or completely incorrect orders. It's very disappointing.
