The Nags Head - York

Nice room (number 2), comfy beds, good location and lovely towels ….. that’s the good points. The shower was DISGUSTING…. Spoke to the bar staff on the day of arrival who was already aware. The reviews from months ago say the same. How difficult is it to bleach and clean it? The cleaning team need replacing ASAP …. Would not advise anyone to book here until this issue is resolved

Filthy from the moment you walk in the door. Like a working man's club but dirty. Waited ten minutes to be shown to room no one came. Decided to leave and chalk it down to experience not a good start to our one and only holiday this year

Went for Sunday lunch today . it was absolutely fantastic . There was plenty to eat . Fresh veg . The gravy was unbelievable . . Yorkshire puddings was brilliant and Roast beef was really tender xx

Went in this lovely pub for Sunday beef was wowed the beef was fantastic best I've had in a long time. In fact can't believe I hadn't been before,the whole meal for the price was restraunt standard very good portioning you could tell it was ALL FRESHLY MADE,well done chef and all the staff will return next Sunday.
