Unfortunately not everyone understands proper restaurant etiquette such as pushes their religion or ministry upon random people in public. After being coughed on, prayed for, thrown a ministry card, and made to feel like an villain because I wouldn 't let a random 5 year old touch, me we had moved to a different part of the restaurant. Nat then assisted Ellen is serving us for the rest of the night. This issue had nothing to do with the restaurant but they truly made sure we were taken care of for the rest of the meal. You hear horror stories about this but I have to say management (Melissa? did a 5 star job of keeping order in her restaurant so everyone could enjoy their meals in peace. Their simple gestures made us feel like we mattered, which again, is rare for a chain restaurant. Thank you again for a great night out.
My car was in the shop and decided to have dinner out. There was a wait so I sat in the bar area. The staff was amazing, friendly, fast and top notch. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo which was excellent as was the salad and bread. Enjoyed myself. ?Food: 5/5
Went here once with my family and the place was awful. I ordered the tour of Italy, which included Alfredo, lasagna, and chicken Parmigiana. The Alfredo was overcooked and the sauce was very mediocre, the lasagna was bland and tasteless, and the chicken Parmigiana was dry and burnt. The breadsticks and salad were the only good food we had gotten. Our waiter was in a hurry. (which I won't blame her for since the place was packed) However it still sucks to have a bad waiter and even worse food at a place I had high hoped for. The only reason I can think of as to why the food was so bad is because the place was packed to the brim. People were waiting 30-40 minutes to get in and eat. I understand why the food was bad, but I'm still disappointed that it was. This place has been open for years, and has been packed almost every night it's been open. I expect everybody who works there to be prepared. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I don't think I will ever come back.
Prices are up 30%. However, if you like Chicken Parmesan, you could split it with your spouse. It's enough for 2 people! Ask your server how big the portions are on the other entrees. The unlimited soup and salad is still only $9.99. I sampled all four soups, and they were delicious. I asked for extra olives and tomatoes on my salad at no extra charge. I love their house dressing too.
My daughter and I stopped for an unplanned dinner. We knew there would be a wait but decided to stick it out. Wait was only supposed to be 15-20 minutes. Everyone that we encountered was friendly. Only bad things were the chicken parmigiana was burnt and the host forgot about us and seated 3 other parties before us who checked in after us. (We were seated inside in the waiting area and saw them check in after us. Once we were finally seated our server was excellent. She checked on us often and made sure to keep our drinks refilled. The food came out faster than expected since it was kind of busy. I ordered the Tour of Italy to try more than one thing (I'm not a huge fan of pasta but my daughter is, so she chose the restaurant. She had the cheese ravioli. She loved her meal and mine was good except for the chicken parmigiana. That was a little hard and burnt.
