Contribuisci feedbackFirst, the good. Today was our first time eating at any Red Robin. The food came out hot! It was delicious, although, I asked for cheddar cheese on my sandwich but didn't get it. Now for the bad. My husband and I went in during an off time. We waited at the podium to be seated for 20 minutes. Another couple came in behind us and they went looking for the hostess. She found them sitting at a table playing on their cell phones. That couple left and we waited another 5 minutes to be seated. There were only 4 tables occupied and they had their food. No reason for a seating delay. Our waitress was good. I asked for butter for my broccoli. She brought me melted butter and there was something floating in it. The restaurant was very dirty. The floors had dropped food all over them. I had to brush my seat off before I could sit down. I think the workers just sitting around should have been cleaning tables, seats and floors. We've decided that after our long wait to eat here just wasn't worth it and we don't think we'll be eating there again.
Food was very good but they were out of a lot of stuff when I went (no hot chocolate, no sugar for sweet tea, and said they were out of pretzel buns and coke the day before). Got fried pickles (great) and a bacon cheeseburger (bacon tasted like that cheap precooked stuff but can't say for sure), the fries that came with it were okay. Person I was dining with got a specialty burger that came with endless fries and a beer-cheese-dip. He said those were all good except they over cooked his burger (he wanted medium but they gave him well done). Food came out very quick though and we were there for less than an hour!
Took my blood brother there on Veterans Day for a free veterans meal. We were seated he ordered his burger and I went to order my birthday burger and we were advised only one discounted item allowed per table. So my Blood brother got his Veterans Day meal and I had to purchase mine. So much for my birthday burger.The service, food, and server were all good. The bottomless fries are a Great plus. If you are in the area and hungry stop in and check it out for yourself.
Went here tonight to pick up food for me and my family. Sat there 10 mins and nobody waited on me! I had to say something for someone to come over many employees walked by and didn’t say NOTHING to me at all. My food was wrong and wasn’t what I ordered! Then a male employee thought it would be funny to give me a “complimentary” card with $0 dollars on it because they didn’t have the sauce I ordered! Well I am gonna find it funny tomorrow when I call corporate and let them no of the horrible customer service and the order being wrong! DO BETTER RED ROBIN!?(Update)?Went back to the store and talked to general manager of the store was told that my refund would be on there Friday. Friday came and went and still nothing. I called into the store yesterday and talked to Chris the manager. Whom took my number and told me the generalManager would be in at 2. I never received any call at all from the general manager. I can say this was my family’s favorite place to eat and I will not return. They never apologized at the store for the immature employee’s behaviors nothing. Very disappointed with the customer service and how I was treated. I work customer service every day and I never treat people like this! This is very poor business!
Staff was friendly and helpful, food was good I'm picky so I tend to special order things and there was no issues changing things up a bit. I like I can take friends or family we can enjoy our meal and a beverage or two and not have to be sitting in a bar somewhere. I also like that when done eating you can go up to the bar area and watch a game or just have good conversation.
