Despite wanting a Subway sandwich, we always chose to dine at this store because of their exceptional care for patrons. However, during a recent visit, we encountered a shortage of lettuce and were unable to get the amount we desired on our sandwiches. This led to a disappointing experience as we had to settle for extra vegetables instead. Until the lettuce shortage is resolved, we will not be returning to this Subway location. If we are paying $12 for a sub, we expect it to be made to our liking elsewhere.
Been going to subway for decades. Came in today with a buy one get one free coupon and they told me they would not accept it. coupon is within expiration date. Now your competition will get my business from now on.
After I made my purchase at the restaurant, a young lady came in to say that her mom's credit card wasn't working and had gone to try an ATM. She politely apologized to the cashier, and I offered to pay for their meal, believing that kids should never go hungry. The total came to $40, which I still agreed to cover. The young lady gratefully thanked me, and the cashier offered me free food as a gesture of appreciation. Outside, a kind lady with her children also thanked me for my generosity. It was a reminder that there are still good people in the world.
I recently had lunch at this restaurant and was absolutely blown away by the outstanding customer service. Dawn's friendliness and attentiveness really made my experience special from beginning to end. She definitely made a positive impact!
