However, this cozy small-town eatery still offers unique and gourmet dishes created by a skilled chef. The chef is constantly coming up with new vegan options, even though there is not much demand for them in this small, old-fashioned town. I would give this restaurant a 5-star rating if I could!

This cozy small town eatery used to offer unique and gourmet dishes created by a talented chef. We reserved a table for 12 people and our food was served quickly. The nachos, fries, cauliflower bites, and pizzas were delicious. However, the bacon chicken alfredo was lacking in flavor, but with some salt and pepper, it improved. The sauce seemed to be mostly cream. The chicken burgers with avocado had large slices of unripe avocado, which we were warned about beforehand. The drinks were great and the restaurant itself is beautiful.
The burger was absolutely amazing the fries were crazy good also I would suggest the fish And chips five star can’t get any better than that
Took a motorcycle ride down from Courtenay. Had the homemade burger. It was nice and juicy and delicious. Staff was very pleasant. Great view from the deck, lots of parking around back. And a nice little area to visit. Next time I'm bringing the bathing suit for a dip in the lake.
