Cool Hand Luke's - Yuba City

I attended an office party at this restaurant and it was packed! The service was exceptional, with attentive female servers ensuring that we were well taken care of. I highly recommend this place, as the food was also excellent.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic, and the service, while good, was a bit slow due to a lack of visible staff. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, but the dim lighting made it challenging to see and read the menu. Many of us had to resort to using the flashlights on our phones, as did other diners.

Upon entry the check in line staff were not very friendly, but it was a busy night so maybe thats where the attitude came from. Or maybe it was my boy friends attire, he came straight from work was still grungy. It was a 45 minute wait to get seated in dining room, so we chose to eat in the bar. Waited quite some time to get a menu, then quite awhile to order. Took over an hour to get our food, but it was a Saturday night it was busy. Only 1 Server for the bar, she was friendly knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the bar was packed she was definately overworked! Tipped her well as she deserved it. Apparently the kitchen does not cook meat to order so, we won 't be a frequent customer..

Food is always on point; great bread, beans, soups, steaks, everything. Friendly servers, very nice staff all around. That can be a wait for a table sometimes but that's to be expected at any place that has great food.

We love Cool Hand Luke's. We visit at least once a month to relax, enjoy a drink, and devour some appetizers. The appetizers are fantastic, especially the calamari - the best I've ever tasted. The atmosphere is great and the staff is top-notch. I highly recommend Cool Hand Luke's.
