Kfc - Yulee

I waited 20 minutes for service, and when our chicken finally arrived, it was cold and soggy. It made us feel like KFC isn't worth visiting anymore. The quality of the food just isn't what it used to be.

Customer service at drive thru was great .. but the food was horrible , coleslaw was soupy chicken was old , biscuit was hard as rock wouldn?t even feed it to my dogs. The Colonel would be ashamed????

Terrible experience! I went through the drive-thru and paid at 1:46, but I didn’t leave until 2:23, all for just four chicken tenders and a small fry. This place is the worst; I will never return. Plus, the staff were playing inappropriate music, which only added to the frustration. This restaurant is simply not worth anyone's money!

The cashier was polite, and the food was decent. However, the restrooms were in a terrible state; they were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months.

Ordered a 8 piece meal through the drive thru. Got back home and realized they didn't give use our biscuits and our bucket of chicken consisted of 2 breasts, 1 wing and 4 legs. Called the manager and his useless self hung up on me. They should bull dozethat building to the ground.
