Taco Bell - Zanesville

I'm not sure if it's due to the passing years or the impact of COVID, but I've noticed that every single employee at this restaurant has been exceptionally friendly. It's rare to find such a high level of service from all the staff. I really hope this trend continues because it makes me appreciate the hospitality here even more than the food, which, let's be honest, is Taco Bell. But based on my experience, the food always seems fresh. Overall, this is one of the best places I've been to!

This is one of the better Taco Bells I've been to in central Ohio. However, every time I go through the drive-thru, they ask if I want sauce but never actually give it to me. I always have to ask for it again at the window. Honestly, I wish they wouldn't even ask because it’s disappointing to find it's not in the bag. I've had Taco Bell a few times without sauce just to find out.

During my visit, there was a bit of a situation with the line, and some customers became upset. The restaurant was quite busy, but the staff remained friendly and composed. I will definitely return, no matter how long the wait might be, as they have a large team on hand. Great job, everyone! Thank you for the delicious food!
