Applebee's - Zion

The service at this restaurant is very poor. We have visited multiple times and have consistently experienced spotty service. Regardless of the time or day of the week, the service is always inconsistent. Last week, we came in for dinner on a Tuesday evening and were promptly seated. However, other couples around us were greeted by servers and had their drinks delivered while we were completely ignored. After waiting 20 minutes without any interaction with a server, we decided to leave. I do not plan on dining at this Applebee's again.

However, regardless of the time or day of the week, the service was inconsistent. Last week, we went for dinner on a Tuesday night and were seated immediately. We noticed that other couples near us were greeted by a server and offered drinks, but we were completely ignored. After waiting for 20 minutes without any service, we decided to leave. I will not be returning to Applebee's again.

We had a great time at the tuesday's karaoke. The bbq wings were great also.

Fantastic staff, excellent menu and service! Looking forward to going back!
