We came here as a larger crowd with the extended family (table was reserved for us the place is very well frequented by the local crowd who are to a larger extend from various retirement homes and a few families from near by too. That...might scare the one or the other away e.g. if you 're looking for an Italian place with the hipster crowd: stay in the city center : . The staff took good care of our wishes and we felt very welcome. The food is generally very good throughout the menu pizza or pasta, all was well made and tasty with out being over spiced. In particular we liked the freshness of the food none of what we had was made in the microwave: unfortunately this is longer a standard in our times. Prices are in a ok range for Zurich. Only the dessert was a little disappointing: standard ice cream from the super market not really a signature dessert for an Italian place. Would definitely recommend the place for a good lunch on a weekend or dinner. Worth mentioning is also the nice seething outside under the trees.

My meal was too salty. The waiter took it back, but opened a long discussion about what too salty means and that everybody has another feeling about too much salted meals. At the end I felt bad about my complaint. However, the replacement meal was...good at the end.
