Oh my goodness!!! The dinner was so good! We had traditional wiener schnitzel with asparagus. I can't stress enough how delicious it was. I chose the raspberry panne cotta for desert and am still dreaming about it. If you have a chance to try this restaurant, do not pass it up!

We lived some years in Zweibrücken and we went to the "Storchennest" from the very beginning. We love the family atmosphere! The Krücks have a small selection of food, it's not too pricey but it's worth every cent. Let them recommend a good wine to your meal, you will not regret it! I especially remember the asparagus season (Christoph made asparagus parfait! with strawberries). Delicous!During our living in Zweibrücken the "Storchennest" had been the only family-friendly restaurant we met. The only restaurant worthy of this title.

I cannot come to Zweibruecken without dining at this restaurant. The menu constantly changes with the season and the wine list is outstanding. The cuisine is excellent and achieves a very high standard. Service is friendly and discreet and the welcome is always very warm.

We stopped for lunch on our journey and found this lovely restaurant. The food was inventive and fresh, and the service attentive. The decor for Christmas was simply lovely and the restaurant had a quiet and refined atmosphere. I enjoyed the fish in reisling sauce very much.
