Non avevo formaggio Jack o Fontina, quindi ho sostituito con formaggio Caiso e Parmigiano. Ottima ricetta!
Queste erano le mie ostriche Rockefeller preferite, ho fatto una modifica: ho usato un pacchetto da 8 oz di formaggio per 24 ostriche con un pacchetto di spinaci, le ho cosparse di pancetta e parmigiano quando sono uscite.
Ho seguito la ricetta esattamente. Molto buono, ma non il migliore che abbia mai mangiato. La prossima volta penserò a aprire le ostriche vive invece di cucinare nel passo 1.
