Dunkin' - Acton

This was probably the friendliest Dunkin I've ever been to.

Rude and unfriendly workers! Not to mention they don't make the food right every time. Will be going to the location by acton medical which has much nicer staff and service.

My favorite dunkins location, and i 've been to a lot that never stood out to me. workers are friendly and enjoy banter. the donuts taste fresher, for example, the glaze is still 'melty ', and the coffee is consistently rich.

2 days in a row they got my order wrong. It’s not that hard to read what the order is and do it. It clearly says frozen coffee with caramel swirl and whipped cream. All they got right was the frozen coffee. And I got munchkins with glazed and jellied only and they gave me chocolate also!

Friday June 2, 2023 at 4:30 in the afternoon I went in for a drink. Ordered frozen butter pecan crunch coffee. They never put the syrups and crunches in the coffee they just make a frozen BP coffee.The floor was very wet. It looked like there was some kind of leak which is fine but the short blonde girl with the bad attitude because I asked her why the drink was not made right waz walking around behind the counter barefoot. I pointed to her feet and said that that was not very sanitary. She looked at me and walked away. I have worked in foodservice for 41 years and that is not only against board of health regulations but it is GROSS and very unsafe.
